Funktionell, gleichzeitig Nordseefeeling durch den Blick aufs Meer.

Ich war Selbstversorger. Die Lage war für mich optimal, da ich meine Fortbildung in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnte. Außerdem war ich bei gutem Wetter direkt am Strand. Das Haus und die Wohnung haben mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der Balkon war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt: Blick auf's Meer, Platz für einen Wäschetrockner, Sitzgelegenheit und Tisch hatten auch Platz.

Mich hat etwas genervt, dass in der Küchenzeile die Klapptür des Hochschranks defekt war: sie fiel immer zurück, sodass ich jeweils eine dritte Hand benötigt hätte, um den Schrank offen zu halten. Im Kühlschrank war die Getränkeablage in der Kühlschranktür defekt. Mit ein bisschen Bastelei mittels Schnürsenkel konnte ich es so stabilisieren, dass ich nicht mehr fürchten musste, dass meine Getränke beim Öffnen der Kühlschranktür auf dem Fußboden landen. Leider funktionierte auch das Induktionskochfeld nicht. Insgesamt also beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Abzüge. Problem bei Strandnähe: das finden offenbar auch Partygäste toll, sodass man mit erhöhter Lärmbelastung auch mitten in der Nacht rechnen muss...

Die Nähe zur Strandpromenade und zur Innenstadt war sehr gering. Das passte gut.
