Built in 1924 in the Historic Tree Streets neighborhood of Johnson City, this beautiful home showcases many of the original elements that add the character and charm that make you feel comfortable as you spend time with your loved ones or lay down your head at the end of a long day. In addition to the lovely history, however, we have updated bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry so you can also enjoy the advancements of modern society that we all so love! We've included everything (okay, probably not e v e r y t h i n g but pretty darn close) you need to feel at home including a fully stocked kitchen and toiletry items you may have forgotten to pack. We also have a Ring Floodlight facing the driveway only. These cameras are not monitored but record. >We also have a noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected.
