Wow…what a beautiful modern hotel with magnificent views over Skiathos! The location was perfect. Remote, tranquil with the frequent options of the free mini bus making it ideal. The cleanliness of this hotel was fabulous! Staff - warm and welcoming. Hotel bar - selection and prices fab! The hotel was beyond our expectations and we will return!

We had the double bed / double bath and private pool accommodation which was all massive with incredible views back over the sea and the Old Town beyond. It is located way up a mountain but there was a free shuttle bus service into the town main port area that runs regularly and is only a 10 minute trip, or 15 Euros in a taxi.. The whole facility was beautifully maintained and the food was excellent.
The hotel is beautiful but built on a very steep hillside that would be difficult to walk up from, or down to, the main road below, no matter how fit you are, but on-site the slope is not too bad with virtually all the rooms requiring access via several steps and no lifts.

The holtel is located high on a hilltop giving stunning views. On arrival all looked wonderful and when you walk through reception to the pool you will be wowed by the luxurious sinloubgers and panoramic view.
The beds are very comfortable, I believe they have all been renewed. Everything was clean and tidy and fresh towels delivered every day.
Unfortunately our room had plugs hanging off the wall, a full sized fridge which was great but not even a bottle of complimentary water. There was a kettle but no cups tea bag or coffee so can't see the point of providing a kettle.
The laminate flooring ended just before the wardrobe so looked shoddy and the bathroom was a disaster.
There was an over bath shower but no shower screen or curtain.
When you had a shower everything got soaked and the floor became very slippery so you used all your hand towels to stand out on to. The bath didn't have a plug so couldn't bath instead. It really was very disappointing!
The staff were very friendly but totally clueless , no motivation and 0%common sense.
Breakfast was minimal, the hot food servers were cold, smoked salmon just left open on a plate, not kept chilled (disaster in the making)
Coffee was provided in a cup, no saucer or teaspoon.
The barman looked like he wanted to knock your head off your shoulders and didn't smile the whole time we were there.
It really saddened me as the hotel could be absolutely outstanding.
Apparently work is going to be carried out throughout the winter so it will be interesting to see how it looks next year.
