The location, the quality of the space and the comfort. Squeaky clean.
The space needed some preventative maintenance. Super minor but would help the place stay as lovely as it is now for many years to come.

- Encontré el apartamento perfectamente limpio y ordenado, la cama es muy cómoda, el baño, las toallas, todo muy bien
- El proceso de entrar y conseguir las llaves es muy fácil
- Wifi gratuita y con buen ancho de banda para trabajar
- Me permitieron entrar antes de la hora de checkin, aunque antes intentaron cobrarme (lo explico abajo)
- Localización muy buena para llegar o salir de la ciudad en tren, y para acceder a los principales lugares del centro de la ciudad
- Los horarios de checkin y checkout, entrada a las 3pm y salida a las 11am. 4 horas de menos cuando te quedas una sola noche es mucha diferencia
- Peor aún que lo anterior, al pedir si me podían dejar entrar antes, me ofrecen la posibilidad sí, pero cobrándome, ojo, 30€ por una hora antes, y 40€ por dos horas antes. Casi el 50%. Denegué la "oferta" y terminé encontrándome con que me dejaron entrar alrededor de 90 minutos antes, o sea, que se podía sin pasar por caja
- Está en un bajo y por mucho que intentes, se oye el ruido de la calle con que alguien solo pase por la calle

Amazing location, nice kitchen, comfy beds. Very nice spacious and clean. Well organised.
(Apt 4) The small bed was making a lot of noise when even moving the slightest and woke me up with every movement.

Well located, only 10 mn walk from famous sights. Parking just 2 mn walk away. Comfortable beds and appartment clean
Terrible smells of sewer and dampness in particular in the living room/ kitchen which made it almost impossible to eat in
$$$$
