Property was centrally located and had a convenience store downstairs, which came in especially handy for quick grab of breakfast when we got out early. The place was very clean, bright and had a comfy firm mattress.
It was very tiny. And to walk around luggage. But we were there just to sleep, so ok. But a formal entry with luggage space would be less haphazard.

The location was great. Coinkidinki we were right by festival that was happening. It's walkable to central Otaru.

The location is near the canal and shopping street. Breakfast is good.
The staff members at the reception were either too tired or quite discourteous when we checked in at 6 pm.
