Unique place. Set up to socially mingle on site. Very comfy. Lots of extras. Cheap-Clean-Thumbs up

Did not have the time for breakfast so can't say! Sounded decent.

Better info on what rooms had or did not have and pricing. Ended up not mattering that much to me as I only really needed a good bed and shower which they had. Significantly cheaper via online app than pretty much everything else in Winnipeg. I think the place self-selects for responsible individuals because its clearly not a standard motel. Slightly distant from town center but that was a plus in my book. Both rooms I had seemed quiet and insulated from nearby rooms. Nice neighborhood location. Until you are in the parking lot you can't distinguish it from a sleepy residence like the rest of the neighborhood. Its a little restrictive compared to a normal motel in that showers in the shared bathroom are supposed to stop at 10 and since its in a large house you have to navigate more to get to the parking lot etc but not a big deal. I would definitely stay again. If it pops up with the same price next trip it would DEFINITELY be my #1 choice.

We very much enjoyed our short stay and would definitely visit again for some rest and relaxation.

This is a very unique property that feels a bit like a little resort in the middle of Winnipeg. We had the king suite which was very pleasant and nice to have a private door to the patio area as well as a private bath. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Val was very friendly and accommodating.

AWESOME!

This place is wonderful, strongly recommended, awesome room, extremely clean, very nice kitchen, everything is brand new. The hosts provided us the swimming suites for the hot tube-we were not expecting that! The hot tube itself is wonderful, extremely relaxing. The hosts has been very very kind and friendly. Parking was awesome. We are very experienced travellers, and this Is the best example of a small-business-kind place to stay. There is a hairdryer, microwave, tons of shampoos, creams and cosmetics in the washroom. There's been a free cake in the fridge! 10 out of 10

I always write something in here, but this time I can't mention any cons, the place is strongly recommended, no cons this time ;-)

Very good

Very friendly.

I'm always a little disappointed when the quality of Kleenex or toilet paper is at the low end. It's a little thing, but the little things speak of quality to me. Stay549 could improve on that end, and it would take away my only disappointment.

Everything was great about this place. The location was good. The house was clean, and the common area was well stocked and convenient. Definitely felt high end. I didn't realize the hot tub was available and neglected to bring a bathing suit. My bad. ☹️ The ladies were friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfy. It was really worth the price. I will definitely stay again. Especially when having to catch early flights or come to the city on business.

The only thing I missed was a treadmill so I could do my morning run. It was -24 outside. However, the west YMCA is less than a 10 min drive away. It was 16$ for the drop-in fee. None of the gyms that were close accommodate drop ins. There is an Anytime Fitness, Shapes, and Planet Fitness all within a 2-10 min drive if you're a member.

This place is amazing. Cindy and Val did awesome job with the decor and you'll instantly feel like home. You'll share living room, kitchenette and bathroom with other guests. The entire space was spotless and offers all amenities you can think of. My room was extremely cozy, the bed so comfy. I stayed 2 nights and I enjoyed the huge outdoor hot tub on one of those evening. Very relaxing, quiet stay, thank you!

Everything was perfect, there's literally nothing I did not like.

Beautiful spacious house and yard. Everything you need for one night or a week or more. Hostess was friendly and accommodating. Communicating with her was easy and she responded quickly.

It's an adult only place, which is great for some things. I just wish we could bring our 13 year old in summer. He'd enjoy the pool!

This property is a great place to stay in Winnipeg!!!! Fond memories!

I felt like a kid again, staying at my grandmothers house in Oklahoma during my childhood! In all of my years of traveling, i don't think I've ever had a more positive experience in my life. This place is really amazing. The owner is super sweet! The ambience and welcoming atmosphere is just amazing. It's supremely quiet and i slept so well there.

There is really nothing to complain about!!! I mean, there is literally NOTHING to complain about!!!
