The outside area was very nice! Enough sunbeds for all guests, free parking, and the hotel next door has a restaurant which you can easily access. The receptionists are super friendly too!
The showers were cold and the bed was not super comfortable. There is no elevator either, so you have to drag your bags up the stairs. These things surprised me a bit for a 4 star hotel. Overall the hotel is in desperate need of some renovations.

La sruttura si trova in ottima posizione, direttamente sul mare. In quindici/venti minuti di auto si arriva a kotor, tivat o lustica bay.
Parcheggio comodo interno.
Lettini su una specie di spiaggia interna privata.
Camere grandi, con una sala e cucina.
Pulite con cambio biancheria ogni giorno.
Le ragazze della reception gentili e sorridenti.
Ottima soluzione per visitare la zona.

At night is was very loud, so you couldn't sleep (no aircon in the bedroom, so we've opened the window).
The furniture of the whole flat was horrible, not modern.
Shower didn't functioned very well, was kind of broken.
Parking is right in front of the building, but to less space for so many visitors.
