Located in Limerick, this attractive house for $428 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. You will adore endless opportunities for recreation and relaxing at our lakefront home, Lone Pine View. This newly built home sleeps up to eight with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are spacious, having comfortable queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. The master contains a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and a daybed with two twin beds. All of our beds have fresh sheets, cozy quilts, and each of the bathrooms contain plenty of clean towels and soap. The space is an open concept with the main living space, kitchen, lower game room, and the master bedroom having breath-taking, expansive views of the lake. With three levels, there is plenty of room to play games, cook, or take in a movie, with equal ability to relax with a book, float in the lake, or roast marshmallows by the firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary amenities including a dual coffee/espresso machine, dinner service for 12, microwave, dishwasher, and stove/oven. Hand towels, dish and dishwasher liquid, and basic spices/seasonings are provided. The lower level is unfinished; however, it offers many amenities that will add extra space for entertainment. Plan to play a few rounds of ping pong or darts, take in a card game or puzzle, or relax on the sofa with a good book. Beach towels and extra rubber flipflops will be available, as well as a washer and dryer. The outdoor space includes a gas Weber BBQ grill, rocking chairs, comfy patio furniture, sun loungers and an umbrella, a full-sized picnic table, and a firepit and chairs. The lake is clean and expansive with a sandy bottom. It is great for boating, jet skis, swimming, fishing, and floating. We provide access to a canoe, two kayaks, a paddle board, a two-person paddle boat, blow-up floating tubes, a private boat dock, six adult-sized and two child-sized life jackets. Renters will have access to two club houses, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts, fitness and weight rooms, as well as a pool table and air hockey table. Located two hours north of Boston, Lake Arrowhead is an 1100-acre lake between Portland, Maine and North Conway, NH. Lake Arrowhead is well known as one of Maine's trophy bass fishing lakes. Old Orchard Beach, hiking and biking trails, the coastal beaches, and Kittery Outlet Malls are easily accessible from our home. Other things to note: We want your experience to be wonderful, and it is important that your expectations and ours are aligned. Unfortunately, VRBO requires that you make a reservation before we can speak directly. We believe that a short, personal conversation can make the difference between a good vacation and a great one. We also require a separate rental agreement signed by the Guest and Property Owner prior to your stay. We look forward to connecting with you. Located on one of the quietest, family-oriented coves on Lake Arrowhead, we respectfully ask that noise be kept to a minimum, and large groups/parties/events are not allowed. You must be at least 28 years of age to rent, no more than eight (8) people are allowed on the premises at any time, and pets, smoking and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.

This is our favorite house and lake vacation yet! The house is new with everything you need for a fun, relaxing lake vacation. It’s perfectly appointed and had boats, floats, games and space to keep our family well entertained for the entirety of the trip. The location isn’t too far from surrounding towns with lots to do on a rainy day. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and put a lot of effort into their property. We hope to return next year!

No need to keep searching for that right place. You’ve found it! We have rented several lakeside houses and this property has it ALL. Brand new home with all the amenities you need: fire pit, grill, kayaks, floats, paddle board, paddle boat, situated on quiet cove of Lake Arrowhead. Great fishing from the dock, perfect lake for novice or experienced kayakers. House and kitchen was well-stocked and pristine. Three bedrooms with 3 baths made for plenty of private space. With one rain day, we had the choice of Portland or Ogunquit less than an hour away. Thank you, Jackie, for providing a beautiful place for wonderful family memories!

We loved our week at Jackie and Tom’s lakefront home. We arrived to find a beautiful, clean and well appointed home. Very comfortable with an open concept from kitchen to living area. The walkout basement worked well coming and going from lake , fire pit and grill. There were six adults in our family and the three bedrooms with en-suites was greatly appreciated. We loved our stay and would love to return next summer!

This location was excellent. Nice quiet cove, no bugs, no disturbances. The house was excellent. Clean, great space, especially with toddlers, and plenty of places to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. Will be booking again!

Jackie really thought about all the essentials needed for the property to feel like home while we were there on vacation. She thought of everything from cookware like pots, pans, plates, silverware to having water recreation essentials like kayaks, canoe and paddleboard to enjoy out on the lake. We had a few rainy days so the ping pong table and the large screen tv in the basement came in handy. The a/c inside the property was nice and ice cold. We loved that right when you walk in there was a folder on the chest that was very well organized that showed nearby amenities like the 2 nearby clubhouses, emergency contacts like nearby Sheriff, trails in the area, etc. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your lake house is absolutely beautiful. So spacious, modern and very clean. Our 3 generation group (20's - 80's) had plenty of room to spread out. The amenities were excellent, you seemed to have thought of everything one might need both inside & outside! The downstairs was also a great bonus - enjoyed ping pong, darts and hanging out. Peaceful cove was as advertised - we enjoyed boating with boats supplied, swimming, using the floats and relaxing! And the lake view from the house is stunning. Just a note that access to the lake for the elderly was limited due to incline but all guests still had a great time. Thank you for being very attentive to issues that arose and quickly resolving them. We would highly recommend this beautiful lake house to our friends & family!

This house went beyond all my expectations. I rent homes at least 5x a year and this was one of my favorites. The owners go the extra mile plus with everything in and out of the home. The house was amazing. The lake was beautiful and all the extras (paddle boat, paddle board, canoe and Kayla’s). There was so much to do and so many great day trips About 40 min drive. We loved it so much we already hooked for next year. THANK YOU FOR ALL OUR AMAZING MEMORIES WE HAD!!

We have vacationed in Lake Arrowhead for about 10 years and this house made our vacation. It is beautiful, brand new, clean, great location, stocked with anything and everything you could ever think of and more. The private cove that this property sits on is heaven, quiet, clear, not weedy, plentiful with fish, and with all the lake toys, floats they provided we spent every single day on the lake from morning until dinner. The owners Jackie and Tom are amazing hosts, we brought a small boat and it was not working right, after a quick message to see if they knew of a mobile mechanic,Tom came over within three minutes to help troubleshoot the issue. If you are serious about spending a carefree vacation in a beautiful home look no further. This is your spot. Can't wait to come back next year!!

The property, house and view of the lake were spectacular! We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Having access to kayaks, canoe and paddle board made for lots of fun on the lake! I would love to go back some day!!!
