About this house rental
A cozy 2 bedroom Bungalow near the Halifax River launch a kyack or fish from a pier, or if you prefer the beach activities, both are within a block, so come and enjoy this laid back beach vibe. Then, if you feel like kicking it up a notch or two. Daytona and all its entertainment us only 20 minutes away. My home is older but a solid brick foundation. It's in need of some cosmetics. When there are any pets that stay, I steam clean all carpets.
All neighbors are great and are a safe and relaxing environment. Pets are welcome. However, before booking, I need to know what kind and how many pets. Along with verification of flea regiments. There is a flat fee which can be negotiated.

It’s a cute little house. The drapes and all surfaces, excluding the kitchen and bathroom were extremely dusty. The light fixtures had a lot of burnt out bulbs. I do not like the fact that I could not control the AC, it was set to 74. In Florida if the insulation is poor in the house and the AC unit is not the right size by 10/11 AM the inside of the house’s temperature will be 77-80 degrees. I have stage 4 COPD, chronic Asthma, and Neuro endocrine carcinoid tumor on my right lower lobe of my lung. Otherwise we had a nice time. Thank you. In this listing you only needed your clothes, food, and essential party needs.

The property was a bit on the older side but had very comfortable beds. The TV in the living room was excellent. The two recliner rocker chairs were the best part about our relaxing time. It was quite and close to everything we needed in the area. The host was very accommodating with suggestions and advice.
