Clean and well equipped, the grill was not working but an air fryer was provided to replace it.
The only thing I did not like was that we had to take our own towels, even tho it’s stated in the booking we had not seen it. Having arrived from abroad we had to buy towels to be able to shower or use the pool.

Great location within Park Dean holiday park. Facilities were great for an extreme seeking 7 year old.
Although, comfortable for what we required, the caravan was a little dated. Being very fussy there were areas that needed the finer detail of cleaning. Clear signs of previous mold/damp issues. However it didn't affect our stay.

Located not too far from newquay
The 3 site Swimming pools were all closed during half term week which I only found out after I had booked, we wouldn't have gone to this site if we had known this as we went with our two kids.
The caravan was ok, good location on the site but a bit run down, a lot of cobwebs and generally a bit tatty, door stay clip broken off, lounge area seat broken and the top part of the oven was broken, so overall ok but won't be going back
