Great customer service from the lovely lady at check in. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of handy local information.
The cabin was new, very clean and attractively furnished. It was quiet, comfortable, fully equipped and we loved staying here.
The facilities of the park looked great too including a gorgeous swimming pool (slightly heated) with a lovely pool area with sun lounges for guest use.
Loved it - nothing to dislike.

The location was good. People close by came and went but they were quiet - no loud noise.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
Great setting - so close to so many places to visit.
The metal seats at the table were very cold to sit on in winter. Had to run the hot water a while - wasted water.
The TV had two monitors to use - a bit challenging to get them to work in tandem
Needed a few more kitchen utensils eg potato peeler, small sharp knife and more dish washing liquid!
Wire doors were hard to lock and unlock

We loved the location. It was directly across from Caves House, a store/cafe and bakery, and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The facilities were fantastic for families, with a heated pool, games room, jumping pillow and camp kitchen. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and communication was excellent. We received text updates throughout our stay with everything we needed to know, without it ever feeling excessive.
The room configuration worked really well for our family, with a queen bed in one room and a bunk with a single and double bed in the other. It had all the basics we needed, including WiFi, TV, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We also loved the outdoor shower for washing off the sand after the beach and being able to park directly outside our room.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the room. It appeared dogs had stayed in the room previously and there was a noticeable dog smell, particularly when sitting on the couch. Given the couch is also a fold out bed, I wouldn’t have been comfortable having someone sleep on it. We also found an old dog ball under the couch.
The main bed was extremely squeaky and made noise every time someone got in or out, or even moved during the night, which regularly woke the other person.
The shower also needed a thorough clean. There was quite a lot of mould, which looked like it could have been easily removed with a proper clean.
There was no oven in the room. This wouldn’t have been an issue if there had been one available in the camp kitchen, but unfortunately there wasn’t one there either.
