Overall the room was well decorated and organized. Spacious enough and areas to store our luggage. Our room #2 was on the ground floor so only a couple steps to go up. It had one window that faced the street so people can look in if the curtains are open but it was a quiet street. Nighttime noise was minimal. Location was excellent. Very cute town. Recommendations for dinner were excellent!!!! Monika was good with communication and pretty timely. I would recommend this place to stay for the value of the money.
It was all good but we visited in September and it was warm. The air conditioning is kinda of like a swamp cooler that we have in the USA. It is cool to their standards but if you’re used to cooler conditions then it may not be as comfortable. A fan to move the air would have been helpful. You need to lift the curtains onto the window sill to allow air to flow.
Just for clarity because it was a bit confusing … the only room I think that has a view of the castle is if you choose the “Loft”. Otherwise their one bedrooms are located on the first floor, as far as I could tell.
Also to note the owners are in the same building but it is completely self checkin and you only have communication via WhatsApp or booking.com. Monika gives detailed instructions to follow so it is fine.

Location was perfect - Bosa is beautiful
The air con just didn’t cool us down enough. The loft bedroom was too hot - granted it was very hot outside but it made sleeping uncomfortable.

A perfect location a short walk to the town, river and a medium up hill walk to the Castello.
Bosa is a lovely town and the apartment s ideally placed.
Street parking was fairly easy.
The host was very helpful
We did know when we booked that there was no outdoor space but the views at the back of the apartment are lovely so a balcony would have been great.

Excellent location, great view of the Castle, great bathroom.
The appartment is not like the pictures. The bed is actually about 4 meters away from the kitchen. So not in the loft, and not at all a "separate sleeping area" as advertised. The loft is a totally empty space, with not even a chair to sit on. We would not have booked this place if we would have known that the bed is almost in the kitchen.. Also, There is no big couch like in the pictures, but a small sofa against the wall. The kitchen has only one burner, so difficult to prepare a meal.
