Great location, apartment was clean. Housekeeping is done via the hotel across the road (they did need a call to remind them though)
No front desk reception at the venue - keys are collected at the Crystal Towers Hotel across the road: not ideal when it is raining and you'd have to fetch your keys from another location a few hundred metres away. Although a shuttle service is provided for most of the day

The customer service was excellent! There was no patronising reminders of obvious things like check out time etc. Room was very clean and cleaning staff were also present every day. Completely hassle free! I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the finest places I have stayed. Clean, Spacious, Well Equipped and Serene.
All went well. A lot more coffee :) perhaps in the jar...I got some from Canal Walk a few meters from the apartment.

The apartment was exceptionally accessible, very very comfortable, top notch security AND very attentive staff. Would recommend your facilities without hesitation. Excellent views, TV entertainment and WiFi. Places in the area were close and accessible.
I truly cannot find a single aspect that we did not like. Kudos!

They upgraded us to 804...King size bed.
Don't accept the upgrade! Unit 804 is an unfinished refurbished unit. There is no wifi connection. No coffee, tea, milk, or sugar. More than half the unit's lights are not electrically connected, so your bathroom and shower is in the dark.. As is most of the upstairs, and the steps are pitch black. Very dangerous. The washer/dryer combo is only a tumbledryer. There is no water connected to wash clothes. The kitchen zinc is leaking so badly that the bucket they placed in the cupboard under the zinc was half full when we arrived. The reception desk kept us waiting for over 2 hours before they sent someone to fix the wifi. This finally happened at 22:20 that night. Communication is poor.
