The staff were great, both at check in and the breakfast.
We thought that the rooms had been updated more than they were. It looked like some of the rooms, including ours, were still in the process.

Owners are extremely nice and helpful
Access to pool area, isn’t connected and you have to cross parking lot and go down hill to get to it. Once there tho, pool was great!!

Close to the shops but not in the middle of all the traffic. Quiet. The pool was nice. Jacuzzi was working as it should. Owners super nice and patient when I had problems with my credit card.
The free breakfast is free i know but I have had better. I felt like food was just brought from their house and just set out still in bags. No love there.

Great location, close to everything In Eureka Springs
Could not open curtains because always people sitting right outside window smoking , very nice people smoking, had to walk through a cloud of smoke every time we came and went
