Julia was absolutely fantastic! A well stocked apartment and an invite to the restaurant where she works. You must try it! Location was 5-7 minutes walk to the direct bus to Venice. Parking on site was very easy. Washer/dryer worked well.
Be ready to climb to the 5th floor. One a/c split unit for the entire apartment. Shower water cycles from cold to hot during a shower. All of these were minor things.

L'alloggio è molto grande ed in 5 persone siamo stati benissimo. Si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus che porta direttamente a Venezia con corse continue ogni 20 minuti. Molto veloci le pratiche di rilascio delle chiavi. Si trova in una strada molto silenziosa ed è disponibile un parcheggio privato adiacente al portone di ingresso. Nelle vicinanze ci sono bar e pasticcerie comode per un ottima colazione, Nota di merito per la pulizia che è davvero perfetta. Consigliato!

Lokalizacja mieszkania jest bardzo dobra. Łatwo znaleźć darmowe miejsce do parkowania, dookoła budynku spokojna i bardzo zielona okolica. Bardzo blisko do przystanku autobusowego. Tak jak w nazwie obiektu, 12 minut i jesteś w historycznej Venecji.
Nie ma do czego się przyczepić.

L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, rien ne manque pour un séjour, passé essentiellement à arpenter les rues et ruelles de Venise.
Julia est très réactive, et les petites attentions sont très appréciées.
Un appartement chaleureux, à seulement une trentaine de minutes de Venise centre.
