Please note: Turning in, the road is wooded and will open to the home as well as another neighbor home. There really aren't any street lights visible back that far. **This property is in a very wooded area and along the Black Creek - so there will be a variety of native Floridians about - from birds, squirrels, bugs, and maybe a raccoon from time to time. There are critters in the Black Creek as well! Please keep that in mind. The water is well water.
**Parties/Events/Gatherings over occupancy are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware as noted in the booking agreement.
**Propane Tank (1) Included - Propane level is monitored and the tank will be filled to be in the "green". If the tank runs out, you would need to have it refilled at your own expense. Tanks may be refilled at Publix, Home Depot, True Value Hardware. The reservation must be for the exact # of guests that will be on site - max occupancy is 9 guests anytime day or night. Guest names must be sent prior to arrival.
Agreement / House Rules: Booking with us means you confirm that the primary guest is 25 years of age or older and that you have reviewed and will fully comply with all booking terms and house rules provided prior to booking.
**The Garage is not accessible to guests. The home owners keep their jet ski's and pontoon at the dock and they may be by to use them or access the garage. The Jet Ski's and Pontoon pictured are not for guest use. The fireplace in the main living area is not available for guest use.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was spotless and perfect. The scenery and views were breathtaking. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners briefly, and they were kind and accommodating. Definitely looking forward to coming back and staying a bit longer!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The screened in porch was nice to relax on after a day of being out and about. The hot tub was nice to soothe the tired muscles after walking and shopping. The host are very easy to communicate with. Check-in and checkout are very easy. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Everything was perfect except the sheets weren’t clean on the king bed in master. The owner sent replacement sheets which were also dirty. The owner apologized and said they would address this with the cleaning company.
The ice maker did not work, so we had to purchase ice on Christmas Eve.
It was very cold in the master bedroom. The heat worked in all other rooms. I did close the vents in other rooms, but unfortunately, that didn’t help.
I would stay there again; however, I would bring my own sheets next time. The owners were quick to respond. The scenery was beautiful!!
