Please do not use or go in the garage. Please if you smoke do it outside in the back and not in the front yard. No loud parties respect the neighbors and neighborhood. Do not park in front of someone’s house or driveway. No unexpected overnight guest. Please pick up all trash if left outside and throw it away.
