Located in Jacksonville, this attractive house for $169 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This magnificent 2940 sq foot home is in a prestigious lakeside neighborhood. Beautiful and luxurious, it offers a large open concept living area with an adjoining 400 sq foot climate controlled sun room with a pocketing glass interior wall designed to bring the outdoors in and the indoors out. The exterior of the sun room is constructed of glass doors which can be opened and stacked to facilitate an open air porch. The sun room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and large outdoor dining table and chairs. It also has a wall mounted, large screen TV and ceiling fans. 2 Outdoor furnished patios flank the sun room on either side. The patios have one (charcoal grill) and outdoor table and chairs. The open concept living area has a gas fireplace, wood floors, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and an elegant chandelier. It has a 55" Smart TV with surround sound. It is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, upholstered arm chairs, a small dining table and bar stools. The large fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area. It has stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. A separate formal dining room has a large luxurious dining table and chandelier. The game room has a pool table and a ceiling mount TV. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bath, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, closet and TV. Bedroom 3 has queen size bed and closet. Bedroom 4 is set up dorm style with 2 triple bunk beds which allows for 6 people total in this room. It has a closet The master bath has a large vanity with double sinks, a large jacuzzi garden tub, a luxury shower, and water closet toilet. Bathroom 2 (next to one of the bedrooms) has a tub/shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Bathroom 3 (next to the remaining 2 bedrooms) has a tub/shower, toilet and single vanity sink. The laundry room has a front a loading washer and dryer, a sink, and an ironing board with iron. Sleeps 12-14 (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 6 twin bunk beds, and 2 hideaway twin mattresses) Features: Wireless Internet Access Satellite TV Gas Fireplace Charcoal grill Outdoor play set for children (nestled in the shade of large magnolia trees). We loved our stay however , my husband and son were very disappointed. We booked this home as they both love playing pool. They were unable however to have a proper game. The room is too small for the billiard table even with the smaller cue sticks one can’t have a proper game . Perhaps it could be considered by the owners to switch the pool room with the TV area in the open kitchen sitting area. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

Exactly as listed - beautiful property with nice amenities and perfect layout for large family. Kids loved their bunk bed room. Everyone enjoyed their stay. If we are ever back in Jacksonville, we will surely be back!

There were 7 of us in our party, all adults. We never felt cramped. This house has plenty of room where you can all have your own space to relax but also come together for games and such. The bedrooms were spacious as was the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the dishes/pans/etc. we needed. The patio is GORGEOUS! Everything was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and our host left bottled waters and a few snacks in the basket which was a lovely touch. Host was very communicative, even calling a few days prior to remind me of the information she still needed (car and visitor info, I had forgotten). I can’t recommend this place enough. We were a short 30 minute drive to the heart of Jacksonville. The neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our family group of 10. The bunkroom was different and a great idea for younger teens. Unfortunately we breed Tall kids so they didnt fit in the bunks, but the back glass room was perfect for a slumber party instead. The kit hen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding and blankets also. The owner is very responsive and personable. The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to everything.

The house was very nice. Lots of room and clean. Host was very responsive. TV instructions could be improved for the nontechy old folks. Only other issue for me would be to list a price and be done with it. The house can serve 14, I don't want to check back with updates if someone cancels or someone adds on as long as we are within the parameters of the house. I got a large home so we could accommodate last minute changes. There seemed to be concern of having a party. 14 friends at a vacation rental = party! I have never been disrespectful of anyone's home and would not have guests that were. I have had my own VRBO in the past for several years and understand how it is with renters. Again, host very responsive and house nice. Thank you!!

The house has an amazing floorplan and is very comfortable. There is some tlc needed, attention to detail in cleanliness and organization. Most of the kitchen's utensils were not clean. It would have been nice to have screens on the windows so A/C didn't have to run constantly.

This was a nice place to stay, it was very roomy, well maintained, and nicely laid out. The pool table was great for the teens in our group. The hosts were helpful, informative, and quick to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

The property was awesome however the Host lied about a few things and tried to charge me extra.
First, it doesn't specifically state that you are charged per person. The house sleeps 14 if you are gonna gave 14 make it clear up front so u can get the true total. If not you will be charged extra. I received an email from the host saying that we broke items and left trash in the home. All lies there was a lot of trash , yes but it was all bagged up and put outside. No trash was left in the home. The host also said we bleached their towels and tried to charge us. Those were our trowels that we forgot at the property. The host said we broke a picture that I found out later was previously glued. I dont mind paying for anything we damaged but we didnt damage anything. We pay a cleaning fee then the host is mad they have to clean some things??? But overall its a beautiful home! Host needs to calm down a little.

Highly recommend this property- the location was perfect for our purposes with close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The home is exactly as pictured and located in a quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly and with thorough information. Will definitely book again for my next visit to the area!

Had a great stay at this lovely home. It was just as portrayed in the photos. We had wonderful family time in the 4 seasons room and loved having a pool table. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the master bedroom and large bathroom off of it. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay!! We were in town for a busy weekend attending a friends wedding. During our down time, all ten of us were very comfortable. It was nice having plenty of room to relax in between coming and going. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed getting up early and walking on the paved path just outside the community. Definitely an added bonus! Thank you for having us!!

This home is fantastic! If you ever have the chance to stay here, I highly recommend it. Lori (host) is a quick communicator and very accommodating. The location is peaceful and close to many eateries and shops. We had 5 adults share this space; we each had our own comfortable rooms for privacy during the quiet hours and great choices between the sun room, dining room, living rooms and pool table room to enjoy each others company. Incredibly spacious, comfortable and clean.

Beautiful, large house. We were in town for our son's wedding, and all of our children and grandchildren were able to stay together in this house. It was nice to put the babies to bed and be able to visit and play games into the evening. With the open floor plan, no one felt cramped with all the people in the home. The snacks and water bottles were a nice touch, as well, and the washing machine and dryer were welcomed. We would recommend this home for any large group.

Incredibly easy check-in and was able to check-in early! The house was in great shape, very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and supplies. Will be staying here again next time I am in Jacksonville.
