I stayed in apartment/room 6 for 14 nights. I cannot speak about the other apartments.
Parking was assigned; I appreciated that.
Before we arrived, we were given our door code. This made entry easy.
The apartment was surprisingly clean.
Living Room: small, with a couch, end table, coffee table, TV stand, bistro set, and a nice big TV. The TV has all the smart apps. Couch had a throw blanket and cute pillows too. It was very homely. The ceiling fan was remote controlled, and I will speak on that later.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a deep basin sink, nice countertop, 4-burner stove/oven + warming plate, and French door fridge with ice maker, water dispenser, and pitcher. A coffee maker, pods, and snacks were provided. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, and a few things like oil and salt/pepper. A brand new sponge and soap were provided too.
Bathroom: Small, yet just the right size. Nice finishes, elongated toilet, and shower big enough for 2. Water pressure from the shower head was not low, but not enough for my liking. Towels are provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided as well.
Bedroom: Small. The bed was a full size. It has a pretty firm memory foam mattress. There is enough space to scoot on each side of the bed and some nightstands and wall-mounted reading lights. There is another remote-controlled fan in this room as well.
The windows have nice wide blinds that provided a nice touch and allowed for privacy. The bedroom had a shade, which was helpful to keep light down so you can sleep. We really enjoyed our stay, with a few caveats I will discuss in the next section.
We are planning on moving to Jacksonville and we stayed in this apartment to both vacation and apartment shop. On the off chance we vacation again in Jacksonville before we move there, I would pick this place again!
Reclining beach chairs were provided. Really awesome bonus!
Jacksonville Beach is a 1-2 minute walk.
A few things, but not enough to really sway my decision or lower my ratings:
1.) Housekeeping is an extra service. Otherwise, you have to clean yourself. This might not really be a problem for a short stay. But a longer stay it is unusual. This is basically a short-term apartment rental and you must treat it as your own. However, housekeeping is provided for an extra fee, which I declined. They do clean the place between clients, you just don't get the refresh services you are used to in a hotel without paying for it. This was not a deal breaker, nor did I lower my score because of this, I just wanted to inform potential stays.
2.) We had some encounters with roaches. I'm not from Florida, and during my apartment hunting, I'm seeing that roaches are kind of commonplace. Room 6 doesn't seem infested, I know what to look for, that smell, once you know it, you can't miss it. I looked in the usual places for signs of roaches gathering; I did not find them. We ran into 3 roaches in the 2 weeks we were there. They most likely wandered in. We killed them each time we saw them. I informed the property; they said they would inform their pest control. I don't play when it comes to roaches, and these encounters were far enough apart to not have to be on guard. It was raining quite a bit the weeks we visited, so probably just roaches looking for shelter. Florida has bugs, expect it.
3.) The fan in the living room is remote controlled. The fan in room 7 is on the same remote frequency. So, when they turn on their light, ours would come on. When they adjusted fan speed, ours would adjust. At some point, it became a battle of lights and fan speed. This needs to be looked into, or perhaps hard-wiring the fan onto a switch so it can be adjusted that way. We had to keep the bedroom door closed because the living room light kept coming on in the early hours of the morning.
4.) Pricey.

I liked the code to use the door but it stopped working for the last two days of my stay. Good news there were keys in a lock box and a quick phone call and I was able to retrieve those keys. The apartment was immaculately clean. Bed was very comfortable. Neighbor hood was quiet.
There was one dead big bug in the bedroom.

The location was the best part.
The room itself could have been better. The bedding and couch pillows were flat. Not enough rags nor towels to last during our stay.
