Very comfortable stay in a great location. The property was excellent, and the service was very good, fast, and professional. I would especially like to thank Gian and Ahmed for their great support and hospitality.

الموقع ممتاز وحلو كلشي قريب ومنطقة حلوة اكو سوبر ناركت قريب وصيدلية وقريب من دبي مول وبرج خليفة والStaff كانو متعاونين والcheckin وcheck out سهل وسلس
الاثاث قديمة نوعا ما الشراشف مو انظف شي الغرفة والابواب كانت شبه مكسورة كان اكو نقص بمواد التنظيف يعني ميكفي ليومين واحنا كنا حاجزين اربع ايام

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, good view
This was a disappointing experience. We were given a room facing the construction site with a lot of noise and the lights flashing into our living room. The room was incredibly dirty. Floors and sinks not cleaned, filthy cabinets, walls and utensils covered with layers of dirt. Sponges and kitchen hand towels dirty. I asked the staff for a room change and requested a proper cleaning. The staff were friendly and helpful and the conditions in the new room a bit better. Room cleaning only for an extra charge - should be included with those conditions.
No curtain in the living room so not perfect for the person sleeping on the couch. The couch itself is small and not comfortable for an adult person. A lot of noise from the street the whole night, poor sound insulation. TV didn’t work, lock to the balcony door broken and a toilet seat loose. This hotel is not worth the money. Maybe we were very unlucky and our complaints were listened to but overall very disappointing and I would not recommend this place.
