Good supporting information how to access the apartment. Secure building (code for building, code for apartment, heavy lock) despite the area does not look so secure. However, did not feel unsafe during our stay (3 nights). Many restaurants, terraces and couple of grocery stores for all your needs. Less than 10 minutes walk to city center (excellent location). Great value for money. Clean apartment and good kitchen facilities. Suitable for our needs (spending only nights inside).
Not great if you arrive early (before check-in time) and have to store luggage somewhere (but understandable because the apartment has to be cleaned after check-out). A bit tricky at the beginning with the locks to get in and out of the apartment. Also, the hot water system is ok once you learn how to manage it. A bit too dark (ground floor apt) and uncomfortable (2 chairs + table) if you have to spend long times inside.

Super well organised, very clean and spacious. The gym was def a nice bonus!!
More kitchen gear could be a good thing if you’re planning to cook in the apartment. Also no storage space available if you need to drop your luggage ahead of check in.

great location, short walk to restaurants, bars and lovely coffee / ice cream place right next door. great communication from host, facilities clean, friendly staff and had everything we needed for our stay.

Convenient location and feels like home except some issues with the facilities
The ventilation is not good and kitchen layout for my unit compared to my family and friends unit that they rented ( we’re 6 couples) the unit assigned to them is nicer with good ventilation if they like to cooked breakfast unlike mine zero level unit, how can you cooked even just egg if your bed is just on the side of sink and top oven kitchen. ( common sense anything you cooked the scent of oil or food will go to the bed)
The sink also in bathroom every time we open the water splash because it’s too low and water pressure in the faucet is hard to control
Better changed the sink bowl so it won’t splash even high water pressure from faucet.
While the Help desk or guest assistant ( not sure what is his/her right position to be called) Evan is very kind and helpful. Specially among the group of us only me didn’t have receive the instructions ahead of time upon checking due to some network issues on my behalf, my check in time gets smoothly. Thanks for the help Evan
