It was comfortable and clean enough. Free parking is good option but parking place in front of the school there is one ZTL zone. So be careful. Take the breakfast definitely all the facilities were so nice, especially Fabricio was so polite

The building is newly renovated, everything is brand new and the owners were polite.
There is continuous noise from the street until after midnight and from 4.30 in the morning. We stayed 2 nights and slept very few hours. When we arrived and realised there may be such a problem, we asked the owner who said we won't hear anything... unfortunately that was not the case.
Also, the common sitting area was very dirty. I had to clean the chairs and table before we sat.
In the roof-top room we stayed the ceiling was low above the beds and there was too much heat, esp. in the bathroom.
