We have travelled all over the world and have stayed at some excellent hotels, but in all our travels we have never before experienced such genuine warmth, kindness and hospitality than shown to us by Effie and Yiannis. My husband had a bad fall at our prior location and needed emergency dental treatment. I rang Yiannis before we arrived and he went out of his way to personally introduce us to a fantastic dentist and brought us there when we arrived and we cannot thank him enough for that, it made all the difference to my husband and me. This, coupled with the care and attention that Effie gave us starting with her delicious breakfast every morning, her radiant smile and warm nature made our stay one of the most special stays we have ever had. We highly recommend Utopia Luxury Suite in Rhodes old Town and will be telling anyone we know who is coming to Rhodes to stay there. Thank you Yiannis and Effie

A lovely peaceful stay. The property is ideally situated in the old town with easy access to nice restaurants but also with your own space. The property was well equipped and the owners could not do enough for us and made our holiday with their kindness and the best breakfasts!

We had an exceptional stay at Utopia! Effie and Giannis were excellent hosts - they were both incredible welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately our luggage didn’t arrive with us, but Effie instantly got us toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouth wash, a razor, and offered us some clothes too.
The room was lovely - nicely decorated, spacious, and clean.
Effie provided a delicious breakfast each morning, and was very accommodating to our daily time changes for breakfast, which we were very appreciative of.
We loved having our breakfast in the courtyard, and we really liked the games (cards, backgammon) provided in the room - it was a very nice touch!
We cannot recommend Utopia enough, it was perfect and the location was excellent.
There was some nighttime noise, as there is a club and bar nearby. However, earplugs were provided if needed. I am a light sleeper and it didn’t keep me up, so please don’t let that deter you from staying here.

the breakfast was amazing and changed daily. the location was very central and exceptional for our needs. The room was just as the description and photos shown.
Giannis and Effie were the most accomodating hosts and i highly recommend to anyone , stay here !
