The location ,, reception,,
Not clean enough,, dirts at corridors,, no house keeping came to my room, swimming pool very dirty ,, no direct access to the beach , I should maneuver around to go to the beach to pay money even for chairs , just to sit on the beach,, also the reception told me that my complementary tray of tea , coffee beside water for one day only !! The only person in my opinion professional, very nice , friendly Mr sherif in the restaurant, I met him every morning during breakfast.
