The hotel locates in the center of Panguitch, around 30 mins drive to Bryce Canyon National park. Very convenient. Parking is in a relatively enclosed and secure space right next to the hotel, which felt quite safe.

Communication was quite frustrating. Staff are only available between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and it seemed no one checked Booking messages or phone voicemails. I struggled to reach them to arrange a late check-in. Fortunately, we eventually got hold of a friendly staff member who was very helpful and sorted it out for us. The walls are very thin, and the room has poor soundproofing, so we could hear noise from next door.

The place was nicely clean and comfortable. Their 3 beds room was perfect for our family size. There were no staff available during our stay, but they attended to every need we had by phone, though.

We never saw any employees or staff; the place was apparently unattended along the night.
