Very beautiful place with a unique design concept but could use some TLC

Location was amazing. Beautiful views of the water. Walkable to some good beach access. Easy access to a lot of nearby destinations.

The open concept was very cool but there was a sense of things not being very secure. Most doors had difficulty opening/locking and need maintenance. They took some finesse to operate. Kitchen cabinets, grill, and some plumbing were functional but could use maintenance. The little dip pool on one of the properties was very yellow and not used. Great for a night or two but may not recommend for a longer stay.

No obtuvimos lo que ofrecieron, las habitaciones tienen mal olor, los gabinetes de la cocina y lo que hay allí huele a cucaracha, no abastecen de toallas para el área de playa y piscina ni papel de baño lo que significa que no sirve para estadías largas , solicitamos servicio de limpieza diaria y no fueron, la piscina es más bien un jacuzzi, la tubería de planta baja está tapada, una Noche llegamos y había aguas negras en todo el piso, las puertas de las habitaciones no abren ni cierran bien, no hay privacidad, tiene una puerta de acceso que no tiene sentido porque puedes entrar por un lado a libre albedrío, en conclusión muy caro para lo que es

Location. Excellent. The view. Waking up to the look and sound of sea . Concept. The living area and bathroom were great positioned. As we're the appliances, chairs beds Security. The closed parking area and community feel,made us feel safe

1. Doors. Doors to rooms need maintenance, yes water and salt get in and rust builds, but if u want a near sea rental maintenance is key. Was difficult to open, if was someone no as strong, we couldn't open it. 2. Also, the bathroom door is spongie due to water damage, which is really hard to open 3. Check batteries of ac's, and the bedside table needs adjustment 4. Pool. Maintenance. A lot of debris and foam substamce in pool, 5. Communication. Was under the impression that we had a property manager at least through text. I'm still waiting for a response. These are meant as constructive

Bueno...

I love that it was close to the ocean and the beautiful view during the morning and evening hours. Having separate rooms for my family was a bonus. It was very clean and accommodating.

it wasn’t comfortable at all. The sheets were dirty, bad accommodation there was not blow dryer or any place to put your clothes

the location was great with beautiful views. great area to explore El Yunque and luquillo. The house is very fun with its open space.

it would be nice to have more comfortable seating on the first floor. hot water was insufficient.

This wasn’t a nice experience nor a relaxing stay.

The location was excellent. That’s all I may say.

One of the bathroom sinks drains fell off and waste water is all over the floor. Never got a response from the management. The jacuzzi never work. We had to clean the furniture on our first day, plus buy citronella oiI for the oil lamp to help minimize the mosquito infestation. We shared the oil with our neighbors also, since they had little ones. Never had hot water to take a shower or clean dishes.

Disappointing

The village has a lot of potential and the view was great. Very spacious.

The kitchen appliances and utensils were dirty. The toilet seat in 2 bathrooms was broken, the hand shower broke when we tried to use it, the sliding door glass in one bedroom was cracked, the grill was filthy and it was out of gas. Also, no where to hang clothes or even a bench to place a suitcase. The only tv was in one bedroom. The shower floors were not clean. Only one toilet roll in each bathroom, no additional supplies. The jacuzzi jets never worked and it was finally cleaned 2 days after arrival. The administrator was very hard to get in touch with and never came through to fix anything. I feel I didn't get what I paid for.

Exceptional

The views were unbeatable. It was paradise. Having that outdoor, indoor space with the ocean breeze was an unforgettable experience. Really enjoyed the beach toys included as well. It was outdoor living with luxury and creature comforts. Short drive (10 minutes) to food and shops. Short drive (10 minutes) to adventure activities in foothills of rainforest.

Nothing to complain about. If you want truly secluded and other guests are staying, it can get a little noisy depending on the other guests next door.

The place has amazing views it’s a nice property we didn’t have to leave but to get groceries ! We had no problem getting in contact with our host he answered any questions we had.

Very good

An excellent location an excellent property the only drawback I had was that I tried to communicate with the host on several occasions and I was never successful everything was sent to me for voicemail and they never answered my text. No wifi available.

the view was stunning but that would be it when it comes to the positives

The view which was amazing.

The place was very untidy. We felt really uncomfortable because of that. We decided to use disposable tableware. Host did no react at all to our message about the mess. On the last day there was no electricty in the house and host responded after 2h from my message due to that we check out earlier.

poor property maintenance. difficult to get help from host when is needed. Property had not hot water at beginning of my trip then no water at all the last day of deprture. VERY FRUSTRATING.
