This was the perfect base as I was settling into Saigon. The location is fabulous, you're a quick ride away from District 1 (you can even walk if you're feeling adventurous) but there are also a ton of fantastic options nearby. The bar street, Phạm Viết Chánh, is certainly worth checking out.
The apartment is quite well equipped and quickly felt home-y.

Le bon rapport qualité prix, la taille de la chambre et sa bonne insonorisation en dépit de la proximité de la voirie.
Une communication laborieuse avec le personnel, parfois des heures sans réponses, qui ne facilitent pas la gestion de l'arrivée ou de la sortie du logement. Certains meubles doivent être changés notamment les chaises à récliner, autant les enlever que les garder en l'état.
