We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

The food was good, nice room. Quite and cozy. Enjoyed.
THe pool had a little muddy water, but overall was good, cause we were alone in the pool, which was great!

Fantastic room with lovely, old-world charm, and all rooms surrounding the courtyard pool area.
Nice and quiet location that was only a 10-minute walk from the old town of Hoi An.
Good breakfast each morning to set you up for the day.
We were able to borrow bikes and use them comfortably on the roads to head out in the area.

Size of room, nice bath , clean sheets and towels
No lift, not good for older people; bathroom has a stench; balcony of room 1111 is facing the street and there is a stall just opposite the narrow road with many men sitting there. No privacy if you want to use the balcony. So the balcony was totally useless and the view not great.
