The house was in a great location and was within a short walk of both the seafront and shops. The kitchen was really well equipped, and provided more than enough plates, glasses etc for four adults during our stay. Generally the furnishings were pretty comfortable, and the outdoor patio space was definitely an added bonus. Storage was great in both bedrooms, and there was enough room to store suitacses and coats etc downstairs. The WiFi was fast even with multiple people online, and the TV worked well.
There were some parts of the property that could have definitely done with a bit more cleaning- the floors could have done with mopping, the sofa needed a good clean, and some of the drawers in the kitchen were left a bit sticky, however it wasn't the worst state I've seen a holiday house in by any means and it was manageable for us. The single bed in the larger bedroom had a couple of slats knocked out of place that we couldn't fix ourselves, but was still comfortable for a shorter adult. The washing manchiene was left with a towel inside, and this smelt a little damp. Our main issue was that neither of the bathrooms in the property contained a bin, which was very impractical with more than one woman in the house. The street itself had rubbish left out when we were there, but we had absaloutely no problems with the neighbours during our stay even when walking down the street late at night, so this didn't bother us.

Good location, nice outdoor garden seating space. Good access to house and early access too which was helpful. Beds were comfy and good service from host about key access WiFi and sorted out an oven issue very swiftly. Great parking space
The shower screen area was a little run down, and some painting that needs to be done in there. Not sure if this was due to the stay being near the end of the summer season. There was a large hole in the kitchen where a door handle had been previously pushed open( there was a door stop put in place to avoid more damage) the floors were a little sticky downstairs and the lamp shade basis in the bedrooms were quite dusty. The door frame to the kitchen was a little grubby and had to be cleaned. Finger marks with what looked like tomato sauce. There was no bin in the bathroom or bedrooms. Blind in lounge was not working and cord was off the pulley! There were no house instructions ie to use the oven which was tricky if not used an induction hob or electric oven before. No tea towel in the kitchen area and outside windows were a bit dirty

This little house is in a perfect position for Exploring Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area. Five minute walk to the beach in one direction, 5 minute walk to the bus station and walkable distance to Caistor and Gorleston on Sea. Large Sainsbury’s directly opposite.
As two women travelling together, one of the bedrooms was much better than the other, the smaller one having no mirror or bedside lamp that could be plugged in, causing issues.
