About this house rental

Nestled in Albuquerque, this attractive house for $235 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Fantasic views, and great family space in a newly constructed home! This home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stays. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. The home features one master bedroom with a king bed, 55" smart television, connected bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with light blcoking shades and plenty of closet and storage space available. This home does have two living room areas, one downstairs at the entry which and one upstairs in a loft-like setting. The upstairs living room area does offer a pullout couch and 55" smart telvision and opens to a deck with fantastic views of our Sandia Mountains. The main bathroom has a shower and plenty of counter space. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our home does have a private entrance, a two-car garage, two-care driveway as well as on-street parking available. We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance. This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $25 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $25 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay. You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Absolutely loved the house. It fit everyone perfect with plenty of space. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room area were clean when we got there and overall well taken care of. Lighting is a bit dull and its a bit far out from its nearest restaurant/gas station. Also have to mention that the location is very close by a few nice hikes. We enjoyed our stay in ABQ.

I enjoyed spending the night here with my pets while traveling to AZ from Colorado to get us all to our winter destination. I will definitely stay here again during our yearly travel back and forth. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.

Our stay was wonderful and Erin was very communicative and kind. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and how she handled any hiccups before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious and the decor is beautiful as well, perfect for a family. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful and comfortable home in a Very nice neighborhood. This was our first time to Albuquerque and we greatly enjoyed our visit. The house made our visit even more special. We greatly appreciate the host for being accommodating and for communicating with us.

Carpets upstairs were not vacuumed. Master bath shower uncleaned. Clothes left in the dryer. Grill was caked in dirt. Water filter was overdue in refrigerator and ice maker was not working properly. M&M’s were under master bedroom along with socks, which my dog found. Screen door for patio was in disrepair too. I felt so gross with the filth of the house, we slept in our clothes and left at first light.

This Albuquerque home is new and such beautiful construction. We loved the big windows and the openness of the floor plan. The rooms and baths were perfect for us. So nice to have a big shower to enjoy. The backyard made it easy to keep our dogs safe and managed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We would enjoy staying with you again in the future.

We spent the weekend visiting family and this property was perfect for the stay. The rooms were good size and the house is in good condition. The smoke detector battery was low and it kept beeping, but I alerted the property manager to fix. The filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced, but there were water bottles provided instead. Overall, it was a great stay in Albuquerque and we recommend this spot. Thank you for an enchanted stay!

We were in town for a family reunion and were very fortunate to find this property in our family’s neighborhood. The modern accommodations with southwest charm were just what we’re looking for. Location was great with easy access to the petroglyphs and a short drive to stores. It was also a great place to take in the Albuquerque’s firework display.

Overall the stay was great. A few things you may not know. Filter on the microwave and fridge need changing, Ice didn't work after the first night, the dishwasher leaks, kitchen rugs should be taped down as they created a slip hazard, and lastly the gas fireplace would work and then the flame would go dim and then flash back on (not working properly). I would love a toaster and a blender in this property. These are not deal breakers , just an fyi from someone who stayed there. Easily rectified.
