We had a wonderful stay! The apartment has direct and easy access to VivaCity Megamall. we simply took the lift down to the ground floor and could stroll straight into the mall, which was extremely convenient.
Parking was easy, and the swimming pool was a big hit with our child. The apartment was clean and equipped with almost all the basic necessities we needed.
The host was also very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I had accidentally booked the apartment for only 2 adults instead of our actual group of 6. As a result, only 2 towels were initially provided. After I informed the host, they promptly delivered the remaining 4 towels without any hassle, which we really appreciated.
The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow, with helpful videos provided to guide us through the process.
Most importantly, my parents really enjoyed their stay, which made our family trip even more memorable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We like the suite, comfy, clean and all the facilities in the suite is working . Easy access to shopping mall for food and shopping.
Very bad experience at the swimming pool which is the main thing that attract me to book this suite since I am bringing the little ones who loves to swim.
Was swimming for a while only - with proper swimming suits then a security guard came and ask if we are residents, as proper paying guests, we say yes because in a way we are 'residents' too since we are paying to the resident of that unit, but after a few minutes , a man whose daughter was swimming there ( no other ppl around - only my family and he & his daughter there) was busy messaging and suddenly 4 security officers came and only we ( not the messaging man & his daughter) were told we have to stop swimming.
During booking we were told that there is a private swimming pool available for us and I did ask the agents many many times can we swim , the agent replied yes but must have proper swimming attire. We comply but was 'kicked out' of the pool!!!
Feeling so so very disappointed with my stay. Should have stayed at places like podium or even boulevard hotel or hotel

Excellent facility, got iron and ironing board, kettle, hot water for shower, cold air cond, washing machine (a huge plus!) and easy check in instructions
Cleanliness can be improved but still acceptable as it is not a hotel establishment. In the future, hope the owner consider to put in dryer as it will definitely increase the traffic flow!
