Berenice, the caretaker, was great: very welcoming and helpful.

The location is convenient, although noisy -- but the whole town is noisy! Berenice was helpful, patient with our poor Spanish and responsive when we had questions or problems.

The water pressure was too low for a shower when we arrived, and on the first morning there was no running water at all. Things were fixed within a couple of hours, though. Also the kitchenware is pretty bare-bones, and a couple of times the big gate to the parking lot mysteriously opened, seemingly by itself, and stayed open until we closed it with the fob.
