Accommodation:
The house is super cozy with a lot of attention to detail and very well equipped - it really feels like your home. The kitchen contains almost everything that you can think of. There is also a gas fired weber grill on the patio if you want to BBQ.
Our kids absolutely loved all the options that the backyard had on offer: swings, sand pit, slide, trampoline and the little play house with all its toys. Being able to use the wood fired hot tub was also great and we loved to spent some time in there after dinner.
Location:
We enjoyed beeing a bit away from Hvide Sande and Sondervig as it is much more busy and touristic there - at least from what we saw when driving through. The supermarket in town is also great to stock up the supplies and the beaches in the area were absolutely gorgeous and deserted (end of August/ early September)
Over all a perfect accommodation in a quite environment.
Side note:
Be aware that cleaning is not included in the rate and is charged separately if you want to book that service (195€) - we booked it for comfort reasons and to avoid any hassle afterwards - but even with the cleaning fee included the house is still great value for money
-The payment of a deposit was a bit weird - first time we were ever asked for that when booking accommodation. The correct refund of the deposit was executed but took 4 weeks which seems a bit long.
-Issues with the keylock box: Code provided did not work on arrival. Issue was quickly fixed by the Dancenter hotline
On departure code again did not work and as, due to the long drive home we started at 7 in the morning (support hotline starts a 9am), we were a bit in an awkward situation - wait till 9 or leave keys inside and house unlocked...
Hope that this issue is now fixed
