Communication with the host was fast and simple. When we arrived, they met us on the road, helped us carry our luggage to the apartment, and sat down with us over a map to show us the nearest shops, where to buy fruit, and how to get to Omiš and Split.
Having a reserved parking spot near the main road was very convenient. From the parking area to the apartment, there is a short, steep walk (about 5 minutes), but it wasn't a problem for us.
The apartment was spotless and nicely decorated. The air conditioning works well and easily cools the whole place. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable and clean.
The best part is the location - the stairs from the house lead right down to the beach. Even in August, the beach was never overcrowded and we always found space. We were also provided with five loungers (three for the beach).
Unfortunately, there was a huge fire in the area during our stay. However, the host responded quickly and guided us to a safe spot in Omiš. He kept us updated throughout the situation and notified us as soon as it was safe to come back to the apartment. We really appreciate his care and reliability during an emergency.
Overall, a great stay.

Very well equipped, spacious and clean apartment, windows and terrace door had good insect protection. Also kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Terrace was almost above the sea, so it was jast few steps to the clear water. There is a bar 50m away in both directons, also good restaurants.
In nearby Omis is plenty things to do - canyonig, zipline, rock climbing, via ferrata – we have tried all of these and it was amazing.
Our hosts were really nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful. It was pleasere to stay there and meet them.
I`m sure, we will come back again.

Very nice, well equipped apartment, absolutely fantastic terrace with an incredible sea view. Great location (the house is right on the beach), quiet at night. Restaurant nearby. Reserved parking spot is located about 150m away from the house. Gorki, owner of the place, was very kind and helped us with the luggage. Definitely highly recommended.
