Nice and clean property

location was calm and quite , felt secure , beach and common pool was very good. place is spacious as mentioned in the site. Kitchen was good , very clean , hosts were good when communicating

Few things to improve , private pool water heating was not working. We were having a barbecue and karaoke session in teh back yard,. We had two males came in wearing black cloths and threatened us that they will call police , no prior warning about this. They did not sound friendly and had no security identification. They act like the property security. Other security guys we interacted were very nice.

Very good

Everything. The Villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s perfect for a big family. The beach and pool were also very close by and nice, the pool is cooled. The open beach that is 5mins away by car was amazing as well.

Bathrooms smelled a little. The upstairs bathroom drains were not working well and the water was flooding. Lastly, all the water in the Villa was a little rusty.

Eva was very accommodating and helpful. They even let us check in early.

It was clean

The location was not up to my expectation. Also, they clean the property only was coz they confirmed that they don’t have house keeping on a daily basis and if I knew about this, I wouldn’t get it

Special thanks to Ms. Eva, who guided us and made our stay special. It was our group Christmas party, and it was executed well. The villa was awesome.

We need to lessen the noise because some neighbors were complaining, but we understand.

marvelous place, super host

the villa is spacious and cozy, very clean and the host made the experience even better, he was very helpful and friendly. I am sure that this property will be on my top list when I am thinking of going again to RAK

for me everything went well. maybe if a sound system is added to the villa will make it a more attractive destination for groups. but overall the villa has everything you may need in a staycation

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean. As soon as we entered the villa, Ms. Eva guided us and showed us where all the things are kept. The staffs were very helpful. And special mention to our host Mr. Michael who was very kind and polite. After we checked out from the villa, Mr. Michael informed that one wallet was left behind there. It was one of our wallet. And he took the effort to send the wallet to my friend which highly appreciable. We loved the villa and the services and will recommend to our friends as well nd we definitely will be coming back soon. 😊

Just a small suggestion. If the third bedroom upstairs had a attached washroom or a common washroom upstairs would have been convenient.

I celebrated my birthday with my friends and I had the best time!

The villa was amazing! it’s huge, so nicely furnished and feels like home. Location was great and so peaceful. beach and pool are a 2 min walk from the villa. The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us a late checkout.

The pool isn’t private but it wasn’t busy. It was just us and another family.

location is nice near the beach but the pool is shared and not private. the design of the villa is nice

the bed covers and bellows are very very old need to be changed immediately. need to add extra covers no coffee machine or toaster need moe cups and glasses need to change from private pool to shared pool so you don’t miss lead tenants

The profile says 5 bedrooms when it’s only four bedrooms and only three are proper bedrooms.. the room downstairs is a laundry room with a pull up sofa bed!! I can’t believe that someone advertising in booking.com would lie about the number of rooms that is beyond unethical We booked this premise because it said private pool… Apparently the word private has changed to “walk across the road to a shared pool by all villas” The bed sheets are dusty!! And itchy!! The bathroom shower is a disaster.. basically the drainage is so horribly planned the water reaches the door and requires cleaning after every shower Also No light bulb in the lamps at the bedroom You’d think for 6500 Aed we would get the same amount of bedrooms as advertised.. facilities as advertised.. also the basics that don’t even have to be mentioned Unbelievable I would give zero stars zero if I could I totally don’t recommend this as a spot for your holidays..
