Enjoy your vacation at this Suissevale beach access home that is close to State's Landing beach. Sleeping 11, this home has 3 bedrooms and 1.75 baths. On the main floor is the open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. There is one bedroom with two pyramid bunks (twin over full) and a full bath across the hall. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk (twin over full). At the top of the stairs is a 3/4 bath. Central air and ceiling fans in each bedroom will cool down the house on those hot summer days. At night, relax on the couch while watching a movie or sit outside on the porch after grilling dinner on the gas grill. Enjoy all that Suissevale has to offer like two sandy community beaches, playground and basketball court. PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday. There is parking available for 5 cars. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $105 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
