The main level has 2 bedrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort, while the lower level features an additional 2 bedrooms alongside a cozy family room equipped with a futon that converts into a full bed (the woodstove fireplace is not for guest use). Enjoy the modern amenities including A/C window units in the upstairs bedrooms and living room/kitchen, providing a cool retreat on warm days. Stay connected with wireless internet, indulge in your favorite shows with cable TV, and engage in friendly competition with the provided Foosball table. For added convenience, the home is equipped with a washer/dryer. If you're a dog owner, you can bring your furry friend along (with owner approval and a pet fee of $175 per pet). Kindly inquire about pet accommodations at the time of booking to ensure a seamless experience during your stay. **Please note: docks shown in the beach pictures are not available for guest use** There is parking available for 4 cars in the driveway. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a new spot for us. We loved it . It’s perfect with small children . Everyone is so nice down by the Lake . The area is great location close to Meredith town docks or Weirs Beach with mini golf or arcades . We would definitely rent it again .

House was clean upon arrival with easy check in and out. Would absolutely rent again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every bed (flouting not included) were extremely uncomfortable, felt like sleeping on a board on the floor. The back upstairs bedroom had a severe problem with flying bugs no matter how often we sprayed, including around the AC. Ice maker did not work at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for a week and it was great - plenty of room for everyone including overnight guests. There was plenty of parking and it was clean. The beach was perfect - just wish it was a little closer (but it is literally a 1 minute drive)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed for a month in the Lakes region at Patrician Shores. Area was great. Many good restaurants in the area. It was close to everything! Golf and hiking were close as well. House was spacious and well stocked. It was clean and a short walk to the beach. Internet was very spotty, but heard it was the area. We were comfortable and very happy with At The Lake Rentals. Only negative was ant problem...guessing it was the woodsy location. Owners were aware and did try to remedy. Overall it was a great month! Thanks so much!!
