Beach Haven | Walk to Beach, Atlantic Park, The Dome & ViBe District

Location, location, location! Beach Haven puts you right in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, just 2.5 blocks from the beach, 3.5 blocks from the Virginia Beach Convention Center, and only steps from the new Atlantic Park Surf lagoon and The Dome entertainment venue. You’ll also be right in the center of the vibrant ViBe Creative District, surrounded by some of the area’s best restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, bars, shopping and entertainment.

The Space

Beach Haven is a stylish, spacious 3-story beach condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of room to spread out while keeping you within walking distance of everything the Oceanfront has to offer.

First Floor:
Two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 features two double beds, and Bedroom 2 has one queen bed.

Second Floor:
The main gathering space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room and half bathroom.

Step outside onto the large second-floor patio, one of our favorite features of the home. Enjoy outdoor dining, relax on the couch or in one of the two hammocks, and fire up the propane grill for dinner after a day at the beach.

Third Floor:
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a large private full bathroom. There is also a separate additional sleeping room with a twin trundle bed. Just off the primary bedroom is a private balcony - a great spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Sleeping Limit: Maximum of 6 adults, with accommodations for up to 3 additional children ages 16 and under.

An Incredible Virginia Beach Location

One of the best parts of Beach Haven is being able to park your car and explore on foot. Walk to the beach and boardwalk, grab coffee or breakfast in the ViBe District, spend the afternoon at Atlantic Park, catch a show at The Dome, or enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the many nearby restaurants.

You’ll be close to the action while still having a comfortable home base to come back to at the end of the day.

Parking: Guests have access to three designated parking spaces - one vehicle in the garage plus two additional spaces directly across the street reserved exclusively for our guests. Parking details will be provided upon booking.

Please note that street parking during summer hours is prohibited and vehicles may be ticketed. Please use the designated parking spaces provided.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and basic kitchen essentials, including pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.

Amenities: We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash can liners to help get your stay started. Please consider these items a starter supply. For longer stays, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies such as coffee, cooking spray, bottled water, paper products and other personal necessities.

Pets: Pets are welcome! There is a one-time $75 pet fee per stay. We simply ask that pets are kept off furniture when possible, are not allowed to chew or damage furnishings, and that guests always clean up after their dogs.

Entry: The home features convenient keyless entry through a keypad at the front door. Your personal entry code will be provided two days before arrival.

Refunds & Trip Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your stay. Refunds are not provided due to weather, illness or other circumstances outside of our cancellation policy.

Beach Environment: Part of the charm of staying near the beach is being close to nature. Our home is professionally maintained and receives regular pest-control service; however, as with any coastal property, an occasional insect or outdoor critter may make an appearance.

Security: For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are two exterior security cameras - one at the front of the home and one overlooking the back deck area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the property.
