The customer service of all staff was impeccable. We were greeted by staff as our taxi pulled up and their exceptional attention to our needs continued throughout our stay.
Absolutely nothing! Everything was amazing!

I loved experiencing and hotel and its staff that embrace traditional Japanese attire and customs. The entire designs,
including the rooms, dining rooms, and reception areas, was beautifully styled in the spirit of old Japan.

The room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. The best part of my stay.
The non-existence of a lobby. When I arrived early for check-in and after a long trip, there was no where to sit and relax for a moment. The staff after checking me in told me I could come back at three to get in the room ; looking at me and expecting me to leave the premises until that time.
