Usually the photos hype up the places but the rooms were quite spacious and better than what I expected. They had everything I needed like shampoo, conditioners, towels and even toothbrushes. The beds are big: I had plenty room for me and my kids. There’s a kitchen and living room that I didn’t use but would be nice if I were to stay for more than one night. It’s close to the bus stops that will take you to Disney Sea/ land.
Google Maps photo makes it look like it’s the next property over. You have to make sure you’re reading the building number correctly.

Very near to restaurant and also convenient store which made it easy to buy everyday items that were needed.

ファミリーで泊まるのに十分な広さで、アメニティ、家電や食器、洗濯機や洗剤なども揃っていて快適に過ごせました。
ディズニーランドへのアクセスが路線バス一本で十数分で、とても便利でした。
建物自体は古いですが、リフォームされていたし掃除もしっかりされていました。

The location was good but you do need to take a bus to Disney/subway station . The space has only two queen size beds and a single mattress to put on the floor .
Pics from post make it seem there is more than 2 beds . Also the washer is NOT an all in one . It was too cold to hang dry ( we tried ) ended up at the 24 hr wash down the street . Chinese restaurant is good and 7eleven is closes by but not many dinner choices that are walkable .
