The location was chosen because of what we had planned during our stay. The property was located off the main road with a wonderful driveway and the property had everything we needed. The property was very clean upon arrival and there were clear instructions left.

area .outlook great ,green fields sheep and lambs good view of lake and fells
front door really bangs when its windy we thought somebody was trying to break in 2 am but we noticed the next day perhaps the front door needs a draught excluder or a bolt on the inside to stop it from moving, we assumed thats what it was but it didnt seem that windy? also the same night we could hear scratting in the loft that went on for about an hour never heard anything two previous nights might be something that needs looked at, there was another couple odd things happened but booked to go back see what its like then.

It was quaint and modern. Nice and warm
Remote with no local transport. Bath dangerously slippery. We were given 1 toilet roll. No cold water from tap.
