Η άνεση στους χώρους και η παροχή βασικών ειδών και οικοσυσκευών.
Θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο προσεγμένο σε επίπεδο καθαριότητας-συντήρησης καθώς και σε κάποιες σημαντικές λεπτομέρειες που ωστόσο είναι σημαντικές για μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή (π.χ. περισσότερες κρεμάστρες στις ντουλάπες, κάποιος καλόγερος ή κάποια άγγιστρα για να κρεμάσει κανείς πετσέτες/ρούχα, πολύ περιορισμένη παροχή για το πλήθος των ατόμων που δύναται να φιλοξενήσει το κατάλυμα).

Anche se era sulla strada principale non c’era troppa confusione
La dotazione per cucinare era davvero scadente. Forse rifornire di qualche pentola nuova e qualche posata in più. Anche i piccoli elettrodomestici erano inutilizzabili perché vetusti e sporchi. Il coperchio per il water costa davvero poco…
