We had a very good stay at Mysk Al Balad, but what really stood out was the kindness and service from the staff.
A special thank you to Mahad Amin, who looked after our room and did an excellent job. He was friendly, helpful and made sure everything was kept clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
I would also particularly like to thank Shohel, the supervisor in the restaurant. I became very ill during our stay, and he went out of his way to help me with food and make sure I was looked after. His kindness and genuine concern meant a great deal at a time when I was feeling very unwell.
It is people like Mahad and Shohel who make a hotel stay memorable. Their service went beyond what we expected, and they are a real credit to Mysk Al Balad. Thank you both very much.

I stayed at Mysk Touch Al Balad for four nights, with breakfast included, and it was a very pleasant stay indeed. I had a deluxe room, which was very spacious and had everything I needed.
I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff. A special shout-out to Sohel and Nada from the kitchen.
I chose to have dinner at the hotel as there wasn’t much around Masjid Al Nabawi, apart from fast-food options. The food was good, and the hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

To be the neighbour of the prophet (saw) is something extraordinary.
Thanks to every staff of the hotel, everyone was kind a generous. Would be the only hotel i go it if inshallah i visit Medina again.

The location is far from the “happening” side of Masjid Nabawi ﷺ - however for some this is a plus as it’s the quiet side and very close to museums + Quba Walkway + Souk Tabakha
The lack of care for repeat visitors. This would’ve been our second visit- the first time faired better, with service and breakfast options. This time the didn’t even offer complimentary dinner even though we missed a full day and requested over 6 months in advance. Last year their management was nice enough to understand and offer complimentary dinner. Another disadvantage was the lacking breakfast options. Last year there were way more options and it felt fresher. Our view this year was the only good thing- the beds were horrible and hurt our backs
