The view from the room is amazing, it is in a really really good location
Wouldnot recommejd the dinner buffe waa pretty sparse

The hotel is clean, nice, and in a great location, just a 2-minute walk from Gate 305. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Rhidoy and Anisur for being so helpful and attentive. Whenever we needed anything, they were always there to help and provided everything on time.
We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service. Definitely recommended! ⭐

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel. We were upgraded to a very spacious room with a view of the Masjid, which made us extremely happy.
The hotel is clean, and both breakfast and dinner are very good, with plenty of options to suit everyone's tastes.
A special thank you to Suhail and Nazlul for their kindness and excellent service!
The only negative point is the distance from the hotel to the women's section of the masjid.

The location is far from the “happening” side of Masjid Nabawi ﷺ - however for some this is a plus as it’s the quiet side and very close to museums + Quba Walkway + Souk Tabakha
The lack of care for repeat visitors. This would’ve been our second visit- the first time faired better, with service and breakfast options. This time the didn’t even offer complimentary dinner even though we missed a full day and requested over 6 months in advance. Last year their management was nice enough to understand and offer complimentary dinner. Another disadvantage was the lacking breakfast options. Last year there were way more options and it felt fresher. Our view this year was the only good thing- the beds were horrible and hurt our backs
