This property is in a great location to explore the NL without the hustle and bustle of the capital. Utrecht itself is beautiful and by far our favourite city of the trip.

The property was new, clean. We were opposite some camper vans so it is a site for everyone. It was also very quiet. Its location to the city centre is amazing - 5 min walk to the bus stop and it comes every 20 min. Tea/coffee/milk pots also available.
The site is a building site although no actual work seems to be happening. So the outlook is pretty poor as is the entrance to the site. We did wonder whether we had made a mistake when we turned up.
No instructions for the microwave and the top cupboards in the kitchen are extremely high to access. Shower also leaks all over the floor outside of the shower area. The booking information also said we could park our car next to the property but this wasn’t the case.

Very comfortable and clean.
My wife swam in the nearby lake as was very hot on the days that we stayed,
Green location.
A bit of a journey out of town but easy to get to on the bus. The walk into town was pleasant though and I didn't mind the distance.

It was a nice and calm location. Very quiet.
We knew there wouldn't be airconditioning, but the way the houses are built makes it so that it gets very warm inside during hot summer days.
There also was a very scarce stock of pans and cutlery.
The houses also aren't very clean. This is the third time I've stayed here and there are always dead bugs and dust clusters on the walls and in corners.
