Rustic Luxury Lakefront Cabin in Beautiful Wooded Surroundings
About this cabin rental
Located in Lake Cumberland, this attractive cabin for $279 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 4 bedroom / 2 bath lakefront cabin with seasonal lake views. Our lakefront home is located on Faubush Creek on Lake Cumberland. Just a short boat ride to Conley Bottom Marina and near Wolf Creek Marina. It is in the Clearwater Subdivision. It features approx. 2,000 sq. ft. plus covered and open air decking. Our home features 4 bedrooms (6 queen size beds) and 2 bathrooms (One with tub/shower and the other with shower). The 2-story house features an electric fireplace with stone surround and a fantastic seasonal views of the lake. Relax on the front covered porch with a two seater bench and a wooden porch swing. You could also opt for the 3/4 wrap around deck overlooking the lake with outdoor lighting. There is also a brick patio with a fire pit, plenty of seating, and an additional wooden swing facing the lake. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has sliding glass doors leading to the deck with a seasonal view of the lake. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms in an open concept plan. One bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a full bathroom, a closet, and a private balcony with seating that overlooks the lake. The upstairs bedrooms are on opposite sides of the staircase and do not have doors. Additionally, there is a fourth bedroom (kids cave) that is located on the ground level that can be accessed by either the side deck stairs or out the front door and around the house. It includes 2 queen size beds, a couch, and Smart TV. This room has the best views of the lake! There is a large collection of games, cards, and DVDs for evening entertainment. Our home is within walking distance of the local boat ramp, however, some will find it difficult to walk back up the boat ramp as it is quite steep. It is possible to drive and park your car at the boat ramp. Boat slips are not available for renter use but you can contact Conley Bottom Marina for information in regards to keeping your boat there during your stay. We have a large driveway available for a boat and/or jet skis and additional parking for multiple cars. It is very easy to park your boat in our driveway and move it back and forth to the boat ramp. The steep decline of our neighborhood boat ramp could require a 4x4 for getting the boat in and out of the water.

There was 8 of us staying here. plenty of room for everyone. we had 2 sixteen year old boys that loved staying in the kids cave. we enjoyed the fire pit area every night. we had different vistors, deer, raccoon, and a fox. we rented a pontoon from conley marina, they picked us up the ramp. everyone had a good time.

It's was a beautiful place. All the leaves had fallen and you could see the lake. The weather was awesome. Cool at night but comfortable the afternoon to set in the swings and enjoy the quietness around us. Very relaxing!

We all had a wonderful time just hanging out, playing board games, cooking and sitting by the fire. Went floating on the River off the boat dock by the house and rented a Pontoon from Conley Bottom boat dock. They provided us with pick up and drop off service which was great!

Decorated in a very pleasing colorful way in each room. Neat and Very Clean. Upstairs is more of an open room plan. There is a definition between the two rooms. No doors but three comfortable beds and a veranda with table and chairs viewing Lake Cumberland. It is a bit warm upstairs but that is because we kept the air set to 74. Nice bathtub shower upstairs. Shower downstairs by the master bedroom. So pretty throughout the home. How cute is the little reading area upstairs with a little rocking chair. All the furniture was nice and comfy inside and out. Plenty of tables and chairs outside. Wonderful fire pit. I Loved the two wooden swings! The kids cave is nice and cool. No access to the house or a bathroom, BUT a bunkbed, chair and nice bed. We were having a family reunion and what a wonderful place to be with family.

Clean, comfortable, charming, functional, with amazing outdoor seating options and a huge deck area. There are 3 small steps with a rail to enter. My 80 year old father on a cane could handle those well, then all he needed was on the mail level. The deck was accessible from the main level as well. Nicely stocked with plenty of bathroom and kitchen items. Lots of seating!! Pet friendly!! Good area for walking (lake access) and access to many nature adventure opportunities. Lovely/prompt interactions with the host.

We loved everything about this house! It was even better in person than the pics even depicted. We were amazed at how clean and well stocked it was. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. Our family had plenty of room to move around and the fire pit was great! Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to go back again.

A great place for a getaway. The house has excellent space inside and out (some lower ceilings upstairs, but they give a cozy feel). We mostly spent the time reading and playing games around the large table in the dining area. A room down below also allows folks to tuck themselves away. There is a walk down to the water, on the boat ramp, and there's not a beach there. But, you can swim from there, and there are beaches and boat rentals nearby. Lots of good suggestions and directions from the owners. We recommend it.

This was the perfect little hideaway for a girls weekend. We sent our time cooking and enjoying meals around the table and enjoying the heat from the fires we made in the fire pit! The view of the lake and the woods surrounding the property were beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Getaway
Me, my husband, and my sisters came down for my 40th birthday to enjoy Lake Cumberland. The cabin was so peaceful. We enjoyed the fire ring, the decks, and the view.

Quaint family cabin
Quaint cabin nicely decorated, great big family table for gathering to eat and play games. Loved the firepit area and swings. A couple removed trees would really open up the lake view, with trees in bloom there were glimpses of lake only. The only thing we were disappointed about was that the 3rd bedroom had some water damage to the floor which we knew about going in, but we were disappointed that it was disconnected from the cabin and not usable for our family with young children. Steps were outside down from the deck to its own entrance below.

Just finished a stay with 4 adults, 3 kids 8,12, and 1 + a dog and we all had a great time! The home was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location. Away from it all.
The house is well setup and we never felt that we were stepping over each other which is a huge plus with 7 humans and a dog. The outside sitting area and swings were wonderful. The fire pit area is very nice since it sits on the stone and out of the grass. We had rain the first couple of days so we didn’t utilize the outside as much as what we would have liked, but the deck and sitting areas on the deck are also wonderful.
We had a boat that we kept tied up at the slip which was wonderful. Note for owner: bringing the boat in from the water, the boat slip number on the end of the dock seems to be opposite of what the dock says. We didn’t realize this and looked to have been tied up on the wrong side of the dock.
The location on the water was fantastic. Very close to Conley Bottom which is so clean and nice! We’ve stayed in places before where there is a lot of areas that are no wake near the home, this was not the case with this property. Another huge plus.

We had a great trip. The houses was perfect. The basement room needs a little TLC to the floor due to settling but everything was amazing and just as portrayed. Communication was excellent and for my first VRBO it was the best experience. We would definitely come back!
