The beach is a close 5-minute drive to a gorgeous sunset nearby or 10 minutes to casino entertainment in Biloxi. Children in tow? walk just down the street to Quakes ice cream parlor. Our property is also pet friendly with a fenced in yard.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Light and airy with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets etc. You should be aware that train tracks are nearby, but we did not find that to be a problem. About a mile from the heart of downtown
Ocean Springs. Lots of fun shopping and good food. We enjoyed the Walter Anderson museum very much. There are many interesting things to see and do in the area.

Home was clean with many provided amenities. Clean bedding, well equipped kitchen, ample parking, and close to many local restaurants. An easy drive to casinos and beaches. Close to an active railroad track. Lots of shopping and eateries within walking distance.
Nice fenced in backyard for a small pet but the fence does have a couple of small escape points.
Would be a nice upgrade if there was a tv and dresser in the master.

My wife and i had a great stay, not far from government street at all with great stores and places to eat. The trains will catch you off guard but i grew up not far from rail road tracks so it didnt bother me. Clean house and spacious was perfect for my wife and I.

We loved this place. Everything was perfect down to the last tiny detail. It was beautiful. The location was perfect. The train comes thru multiple times a day and night but it did not bother us.
It was very spacious and we loved the fenced back yard. We plan on making this a monthly trip.

Overall the property was nice, the inside not as clean as you would expect, the train directly across the street is loud, from midnight to 6 am train passed by 4 times. House is in good location with short distance from Ocean Springs downtown area.

Very clean, spacious cottage, close to downtown os and beach. Large parking, big plus for big trucks. Train does run alot at night, after the 1st night you get a little used to it. Owners forgot to send key code. Had to call after arrival for it, but it was good . Immediate response. Mistakes happen. We are all human. Great stay.

This place is adorable! Pictures don’t do it justice on this app. The location is really nice and convenient, you are right next to food and stores. The train I noticed a few times. The first night it was really loud and ran 5-6 times. Second night I only heard it once! We brought our 6 month old, and the train didn’t wake him up at all.
The back yard is big and completely fenced, great for animals and kids. It is perfectly priced, considering the noise!

It’s location is perfect; close to the beach, close to night life if you’d like, close to everything but quiet enough to sleep well. There is a train that goes by once or twice a day, not too distracting. The property owners are kind and communicative. It made our first vacation as a family of 4 amazing

Party of 3 adults came to visit family in Biloxi for a long weekend. This house is 2 bedroom 1 bath, but the rooms are all spacious and the ceilings are very high so we were very comfortable and had plenty of room to move. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is also very large.
The location of this house is very close to downtown Ocean Springs. It is definitely within walking distance or you could rent a golf cart! Biloxi and the casinos are an easy 10-15 minute drive.
As other reviews mentioned, the train tracks are within a stones throw of the house so you hear the trains a few times a day, however, if you have children that like trains it would be a very cool adventure to stay here!
Overall, we would stay again!

Wonderful place. We arrived very late and were pleased to find that the place was well lit for us, inside and out. The keypad was very convenient for access. It was nice to find a pitcher of filtered water prepared in the fridge. We enjoyed the vintage victrola and vinyl records, and relaxed on the rocking chairs on the porch with tea in the morning and wine at night. The furnishing and amenities provided everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again when returning to the area. Thank you to the hosts for answering my questions in a very timely manner, and for providing us with these levely accomodations.

The property was in a nice area, it was very clean and decorated nicely. The train was a bit annoying and kept waking everyone up. There wasn’t much to do in the area, I think we just showed up too early in the season. It’s a short drive to New Orleans and Fairhope, AL-we loved both!

We were apprehensive about the property. Just seeing pictures, you really don’t know for sure. But this is a gem and we were not disappointed. It’s clean and well prepared with everything we needed. The decor is charming. The rooms were bright and airy. Quiet neighborhood. There are trains that pass through the area. But the sound did not disturb us. Just added to the charm. We recommend this and we definitely want to stay there again.

Second time we’ve stayed at this cozy property. . Nice fenced yard for the dog. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location. Quick and easy to get to down town OS and Biloxi. Lots of good places to eat. The host are quick to get back if you have questions. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.

We loved staying here. Great location. Nice fenced yard if you have pets. Well equipped kitchen. Didn’t use it much because there are so many good places to eat out. Lots of privacy. Owners were great. Loved the trains. Definitely would stay again!

Lovely home near train tracks
The property was great, exactly how it was portrayed in the listing. I don't remember the train being referenced and especially Sunday night, it passed (two houses away) three times through the middle of the night, waking me each time. If you can sleep through the trains, it's a great place.

Peaceful Stop
We stayed for two nights in our way to Florida. Property is close to certain town must see spots but not the main downtown area unless you’re an avid walker. We had kids 9 and under and two adults. However the two minute drive to downtown would not scare us away from booking again in the future. It’s close to train tracks but they were more of a hit than a deterrence with the little ones. You’ll probably have so much fun you’ll sleep through the trains anyway. Neighborhood is a little uninviting but we had no problems. Its close enough to get to the highway and over to Biloxi in about 5 minutes which we went to several times. Owner very well at communicating. Had a blast!

Good property for the price.
Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. The price was excellent. The only issue was the floor seemed soft in spots, but fir the price, it was well worth it. House was clean. AC worked flawlessly.

Wonderfully cared for
This property was well maintained and gave us a great place to land every evening after a day of sightseeing. The mornings and evenings on the front porch were incredible with the many different species of birds we were able to see and enjoy. Every amenity was offered that we could use and check in and out instructions were clear and obtainable. THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy your home and the area!

For a 2/1, this cottage is very roomy. Clean, stocked with supplies and utensils, fenced back yard for pets, and great front porch for enjoying a morning coffee before the heat kicks in. Close to the beach, downtown, shopping, and dining. Only negative is the night train, which wouldn't be too bad if it didn't blow its horn for 5 seconds when passing the road intersection. Regardless, I would stay again.

Cute Cottage with a lot of charm
Just as the pictures indicated the cottage is adorable and very clean! Two couples found that we had plenty of room even sharing a bathroom was not terrible. William the host was incredible, responded to all our needs. The location is great, so much nearby.
