The location is excellent — only a 15-minute walk from the train station. The historic town center, with its beautiful town hall, churches, and restaurants open late into the evening, is just around the corner.
The hotel is located in a beautifully restored historic building with thick walls, which adds a lot of character. I also appreciated that access to both the hotel and the rooms is entirely code-based, so there is no risk of losing keys or key cards. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout my stay.
A tasty breakfast buffet is included in the price.
Unfortunately, the room did not have a proper air-conditioning system. Instead, there was a portable unit that was quite noisy and not powerful enough to cool the room during hot weather. It actually made it difficult to sleep. We ended up turning it off and opening the window, but then the birds outside started singing very early in the morning. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
One of the two pillows in our room was also terrible — extremely flat, thinner than the duvet, and honestly less comfortable than sleeping without a pillow at all.
The towel warmer/dryer in the bathroom was not working either.

Centrally located, clean. We had a great view.
Very poor pillows. Difficult to get a decent sleep because of them. Mattresses were comfortable. My only criticism - the pillow quality.
