Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed
Very small room and extremely steep staircase but I know this is common in Amsterdam

Location was excellent and quite close to train station. However we hadn't realised there was no lift. Staff so accommodating and carried heavy suitcases up narrow stairs and down again.

In a really great location. It was very basic and small but did the job, the bed was very comfy and thought the room space although small was good.
Was a little bit worn in some areas and couldn’t probably have a few extra features, like coffee things in your room/bedside table. The staff maybe give a little bit more in for on the room/codes and lockers.
