Exceptional

perfect location; Perre is so kind ; excellent communication and friendly host. He explained us every details and showed on the map which places we need to go and see.Shops are around the corner.There are a lot of restaurants around this place. House is comfortable and you have everything which you need.Beds are so comfortable. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Best Personal, very friendly and accommodating, best location, located centrally, shops are just around the corner, it was a short stay but it was really worth it. Although Amsterdam is known to be expensive, it was the best deal we got for a short stay👍🏼. Thank you very much.

The apartment is located close to the central train station so it is very convenient for traveling

Dangerous total illegal

The location is near everything

The property is not fit for purpose. The bed room is totally illegal build and very dangerous. The ladder to the bedroom is so dangerously you could fall so easy and get up in a very bad situation. There is no parking as stated by booking.com. and taxis can't find the address..you need to walk as Cars can't get into the road around the apartment.

Host was great. Met us on arrival and spent time showing us where to hire bikes, cheaper supermarkets, places of interest etc... Very friendly and great communications. Location was perfect. 5 -7 mins walk from Amsterdam Central station. Very comfortable bedding and loved the superb easy door locking fob keys. Awesome host, awesome location. Many thanks Pepe!

Amsterdam is a city that offers anything your after and it’s an ideal location to do it from

perfect for 2 people with excellent location just off high street and Pepe the manager is a true gent and will help in anyway he can!

Superb

The apartment is small but it has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The best thing is the position, it's in the middle between Centraal Station and Dam square, it's great.

The city is full of fast foods and it's very expensive so sometimes it'd be good to cook something healthy at home but here it's not possible.

Nice studio in perfect location

The position is unbeatable, super convenient to go anywhere. The studio is nice, matching the description. Pepe, the owner, is super nice and friendly

The accommodation in Amsterdam is always expensive, in this case the price is quite good with respect to the local market

This stay was perfect with friends!

The owner is lovely, we arrived a little late from the scheduled time, he kindly waited for us. For the departure he even kept our things after the check-out. He is a very good listener, he gives great advice for visiting and eating. You can trust him without any problem. Very close to the main arteries of Amsterdam, despite the proximity, the place was quite quiet. We will gladly come back for another trip! Regards Alexandre Reculé

The best place to stay!

Pepe was a great host, he was so flexible and willing to accommodate us, and gave us all the useful information of places to see in the city and what to try! And apart from that he is such a smiling person, he made us feel like home- totally recommend! The place was clean and great as well, in the heart of Amsterdam, close to all the famous attractions! Thank you for the great experience 😊

Perfect location, great host and very cosy. Super for a short stay!

A bit noisy from the street outside at times (but not very bad) and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything was just wonderful.
