Beautiful property and staff were fantastic. The room was well stocked with plenty of water, tea, coffee etc. breakfast was amazing too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

Beautifully clean pool, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Helped us organise safari to see elephant gathering and always happy to give tuktuk rides. Lovely warm showers.
The water stopped working at one point and when it returned wasn’t warm but this wasn’t really a problem as it only stopped for an hour in the morning once.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet natural setting just outside Sigiriya, only about a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the village. The surroundings are green and peaceful. The pool area is nice and appears to be cleaned and maintained daily. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly and willing to help when asked.
The biggest issue was the humidity in the room and bathroom. The building seems to have poor ventilation, which makes the room very damp. There was visible mold on the curtains and in the bathroom. The bathroom windows are permanently open and cannot be closed, which seems to be their way of dealing with the humidity but it does not really solve the problem. Cleanliness could also be improved — the floors were dirty and the bed linen had stains, although the staff changed the sheets immediately when we mentioned it. The room also had limited space for storing clothes and belongings.
